Our Bed & Breakfast is now officially closed for the summer season.

A huge thank you to all of our wonderful staff for their hard work, and to our guests for choosing to stay with us. We’ve loved welcoming you to Christ’s College and are incredibly grateful for the fantastic feedback we’ve received throughout the season.

Missed out this summer? Don’t worry - we’ll be reopening for the Winter Vacation from 8–19th December.

It’s our final Veggie Friday of the year, and what a great selection we have.

Throughout the year, our gardening team has worked hard to grow a variety of fresh fruit and vegetables in our gardens.

Each week, we share the produce with Fellows, students, and staff, giving everyone the chance to enjoy fresh, home-grown vegetables straight from the College gardens.

A special thank you to Kelly for putting together the fantastic displays, and to the entire gardening team for all their hard work and dedication throughout the year.

Planning a Conference or Summer School? Here's four things you might not know about Christ’s College.

We’re in the heart of Cambridge city centre.
Despite our peaceful setting, Christ’s College is just moments from Cambridge’s shops, restaurants and transport links, making it easy for delegates to explore the city before and after your event.

Charles Darwin studied here.
One of our most famous alumni, Charles Darwin lived at Christ’s College while studying at Cambridge. Today, his legacy can still be seen across the College, including the Darwin Garden.

We have the only circular lawn in Cambridge.
First Court features a distinctive circular lawn, the only one found in any Cambridge College.

The Hall is home to beautiful stained-glass portraits.
Among the Hall's stained-glass windows are depictions of famous Christ's College alumni and benefactors, including Charles Darwin and Lady Margaret Beaufort.

The College gardens are also home to a variety of homegrown produce, with tomatoes, courgettes and other seasonal vegetables thriving amongst the beds.
