Earlier this week we had the pleasure of hosting a very special birthday celebration in our historic Great Hall.

The menu was included seasonal summer flavours, with a fork buffet featuring Caprese salad, chicken saltimbocca, roasted salmon with confit lemon, fresh pasta with Datterino tomatoes, and a selection of salads and herbed new potatoes.

Dessert included summer pudding with fresh cream, alongside strawberries and vanilla ice cream.

It was an honour to host such a special occasion and see guests enjoying an afternoon of good food and conversation in one of the College's most historic spaces.
