This is a ticketed event, as such, the perimeter will be monitored by an external security company.

Please arrive between 9:00pm and 10:00pm at the front gate. Remember IDs and camcards! The doors will close promptly at 22:00 and even ticketed attendees will not be admitted after this time.

Committee members will be carrying out bag checks. Anyone trying to bring alcohol, drugs or dangerous items into the event will not be admitted. Anybody found to be under the influence of drugs will be required to leave the event.

The cloakroom will be in the coffee shop. This will also be a welfare and quiet space, for anybody who needs to rest. Two members of the committee will be stationed here all night, if you need help with or to report anything.

Re-entry is not permitted, so you cannot go in and out of your college room during the event. Should you need to leave the event and re-enter for accessibility reasons, please find me or another committee member who will be happy to assist you.

The Chetwynd Room will not be in use for the event. Instead, we will be using the Bunker as a committed dance space. Please note that there is a fire safety capacity of 100 people in the Bunker, so we encourage a regular flow with people stepping out for drinks, air, social time, etc. Keynes Hall will be in use as an ambient social space with performance art, and later in the night we will have a more intense dance mix.

There is a wheelchair-accessible entrance to the bar. If you will require wheelchair access, please do let me know via email ([email protected]) or message the page so we can make the evening as accessible as possible
