Hi, I’m Holly 👋

I’m a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, specialising in women’s health and fitness 💛

I live locally in Milton and run my sessions from a private, supportive gym space in Cambridge – so you get the best of both worlds: friendly, local support without the intimidation of a busy gym.

I’m qualified in pre & post natal training, as well as pre and menopause health & fitness, so I can support you safely through all stages of life – whether you’re getting back into exercise after having a baby, navigating hormonal changes, or simply wanting to feel stronger and more confident.

I know how overwhelming it can feel to start (or restart!) your fitness journey, which is why everything I do is built around being supportive, realistic and enjoyable – no pressure, no judgement.

Loving our new venture built around families with little ones if you haven’t already check out our pub 🌟 WOW! 🌟

Our Waggon Café & Toddler Soft Play is fully booked today! 🎉

We are absolutely overwhelmed by the support we’ve received this week and wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who has visited, booked a session, shared our posts, and recommended us to friends and family. It means so much to us and we’re so excited about what the future holds. ❤️

Don’t worry if you haven’t managed to book a soft play session today – our pub and garden will still be open throughout the day, with toys and the paddling pool out for little ones to enjoy. ☀️💦

🍔 Food will be served throughout the day.
⚠️ Please remember that all play equipment, paddling pools and water activities are used at parents’ or guardians’ own risk, and children must be supervised at all times.

Please note that we have a private function in the Waggon Café from 3.30pm, so access to the café area will be limited from this time.

Thank you again for making our first week such a success – we can’t wait to welcome you all back soon! 🥰
