After many years I no longer teach outdoor post natal exercise classes. It’s been a joy. Thank you! Making it fun and accessible, encouraging and effective.

Fantastic open air exercise classes for mums with young children in buggies. A brilliant way to get back in shape and take care of yourself after having had a baby. Cost: monthly membership is £30 which includes our Wednesday outdoor class, plus a weekly Friday fblive post natal workout in our private members fbgroup, which contains a library of home post natal workouts.
