I've just scheduled a "Mindfulness QuickStart" workshop for the new year.

It's a way of reducing stress and boosting focus in 2 minutes a day. It helps you get started with mindfulness, even if you've never been able to find the time before. And if you're already a mindfulness practitioner, it'll give you ways to build mindfulness right into the heart of your day, however busy it is.

It'll also give you a way of dissolving a stressor, even a major stressor, in just 4 minutes.

The training is on-line, it's live and interactive with a great group of people - so it's very much like a face-to-face training, but without the hassles of travel.
