DANCE YOUR WILD IN A BEAUTIFUL ANCIENT WOODLAND & OPTIONAL SAUNA 🍃

Let's gather together, let's take some time to remember our deep connection to the natural world and reconnect to what is wild within.

Movement is the most natural thing in the world, it supports us to drop deeply into body experiencing in a profound & fun way which aides stress reduction & relaxation.

To dance is to remember our connection to all living things, an enlivening of our true nature.

We wIll have a short opening circle and some light instruction.

You will then be given headphones for the dance session. We will be guided by our bodies, breath, music & nature.

There will be time after the dance to sit around the fire or to Sauna
