2. Summary of key risks and issues.
3. Key project metrics such as progress versus original schedule and cost versus budget.
4. Milestones completed since last report.
5. Work that is still in progress and needs to be finished in this report period.

For a quick snapshot of the status of your projects, a Health Check can be carried out.
This quickly determines the status of a project and identify any risks and threats to its successful completion. CMR will look at selected key areas of the project and analyse these against a set of key success / failures indicators based on our experience of similar projects and Best Practice models.
