I felt like making cinnamon buns but the boys dont like cinnamon, so i did grated chocolate with creme pattissiere instead ! (Have bit of dough left to make some cinnamon too later 😋)

☔ Grey and rainy outside,☔ so the perfect time to check what needs using up in the fridge and throw it into baked goods! 😜 🌾 🌾. These small muffins are made of fresh orange (the zest + juice), tangy natural yoghurt, and flaked almonds. Took only a few minutes to mix up and then put in oven for 15 mins. (will post my (vague, no scales) Recipe in comments). I'm calling them 'Bibi's Orange Breakfast Muffins' ... Just So we can have them for breakfast! 😜 (it's all in the name😂). So much nicer than coffee chain offerings.. ☕

10 minute meals.. . 1)Potato rosti - just grated potato, oil /butter), start it in pan then go to step 2. ( 2) steamed kale (a few tbsp water, butter and kale in pan with lid on).
