We've just added some budget and healthy cookbooks to our Wellbeing Collection at Lucy Cavendish College, University of Cambridge.
Let us know which are best and if there are others we should get.

It's Your Library Loves You week and we have a range of ways you can get involved, so we look forward to seeing / hearing from you:

Join us for extra-special elevenses and threeses this week when we’ll be spreading the love with drinks, crafts and jammie dodgers! See you on Tuesday at 3pm and Thursday at 11am in the foyer.

We’ll be holding our Library Haiku competition, this year on the theme of Spring, there's our 'Where in the Library?' online quiz, and you can make your own fun book titles.

We need to close the Library on Thursday 16th December,
from 7am - 8pm, as there will be no power to the building.
It will reopen at 8pm and the Library will be open as normal on Friday.

We've had a few queries about Library opening and yes, the Library stays open once term ends. Here are the dates over the holidays when it will be closed.

We've had to do a bit of a swap around with elevenses and threeses this week, because of staff training and meetings, so on Tuesday we'll hold elevenses and on Thursday we'll hold threeses. Hope to see you there! ☕🌷🌞

It's Mental Health Awareness Week this week, and the Library has a range of books in our Wellbeing collection (developed with the SU) to advise and assist on a whole range of topics. It's in the basement, do pop down and take a look when you have the chance. And let us know if there's anything else you think we should buy.

Don't forget to take a break from studying in the Library. Maybe a quick walk to see some lovely spring flowers?

Come and join us for brand new al fresco Elevenses and Threesies on College lawn this term, from Tuesday 4th May. We're excited to be able to hold Elevenses and Threesies again and hope you'll be able to join us for tea , coffee, biccies and a chat. Bring a keep cup with you if you can. It's the perfect time and way to Take A Break from your studies and we'll look forward to seeing you there.
