Most of us chefs here know a lot about nutrition, eat food cooked from scratch and extol the virtues of home made food. We shun processed food. We took part and were riveted! Home made Croissants and Brioches are beyond sublime and hugely satisfying to create! Viennoserie - breads from Vienna - is the French term for what we refer to as Danish pastries. Simply the best (apart from us, of course 😉). Coffees are needless to say perfect, the ambience is like my favs back in Stockholm and everything is spotless. But what really places in a category of its own is the people. Front of house greet every new customer with a huge smile and welcome as you would a close friend. Genuine and professional. For someone a bit jaded like me it’s s balm to the soul as well as to the taste buds. Top marks guys 🙏
