New term, new tutor, and new weather! (What is this liquid cascading from the sky?!). With grateful thanks to our previous tutor Nikki for all her wonderful tutelage, we welcomed our new Queen of the Easel, Mel. She introduced our latest recruits to such pencil techniques as broken hatching and uneven pressure, not to mention upside down cockerels and teacups. Meanwhile, our lovely returners tackled intricate interiors, inside by our featured artist Saul Steinberg. Great energy in the room and some fantastic art created! Well done everyone!
P.s. watch out for more fab art from our debut Wednesday morning class! Evidence to follow!
