The final class of watercolour.
This time our students painted a patio scene with lots of pots containing colourful 🌺 🌼
It combined the joy of capturing colours with the added technical use of masking fluid.

Week 6
Lots to do today, our newer students learnt all about different painting/ brush techniques and then honed their new found skills to produce a misty mountain. The returning students had a French theme, rural vineyards, which they produced using watercolour pencils. Lovely work everyone….

Week 5
Record breaking May temperatures at the bowls club today, Perspiration was replaced by inspiration as our lovely students produced some wonderful camel-based art, using oil pastels and coloured pencils. Great work team! Despite the heat, not a hump in sight! 🐪

Final pencil drawing week. Our first-time students learnt how to accurately sketch faces and bodies while our returners put on their nose clips to produce synchronised swimmers. Tricky projects, but wonderful work all round…

Week 1
A really great start to the Summer term! We welcomed back our returning students whilst warmly greeting our new starters.
Our debutants learned pencil techniques, drawing upside-down chickens (more accurate upside down!) and teacups. Meanwhile, the returners honed their skills and produced fluid ripple and flow art, using watercolour pencils. Stunning results all round…
