*IMPORTANT UPDATE*
Our study into conservative management of IVDD has now closed to new participants. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the wonderful charities whose funding made this possible (The Kennel Club Charitable Trust, PetSavers, Debs Foundation, Dachshund Health UK and Dachshund Rescue UK), the fabulous team at the Queen's Veterinary School Hospital, and, of course, all the fantastic pets and owners who have participated over the last two and a half years. We look forward to sharing the results with you in the near future and also hope to announce some new studies in 2023.

Over the last few months we have been working with RSPCA Radcliffe Animal Centre to help Delilah, a dachshund who was found abandoned and unable to walk. She was enrolled into our conservative management study of IVDD after an MRI showed a disc extrusion in the middle of her back and, just in time for Christmas, she recovered the ability to walk. Below is a link to a video documenting her recovery.
