Coaching is a uniquely empowering way of bringing about greater self-awareness, which can enable us to reshape many areas of our lives, whether it be about work, relationships, health, life style and much more.

A little look at the space I’ve chosen for my Family Constellations workshop in St Leonards on 18th October

I wanted somewhere that felt private, calm and welcoming, where we can really settle into the day and the work.

I loved this art studio as soon as I saw it. It has a lovely atmosphere, its own kitchen and a little courtyard where we can step outside during breaks.

We’ll be a small group of maximum 12 people, which feels just right for this space.

What if the pattern you keep trying to change isn’t only about you?

The same relationship dynamics. Difficulty setting boundaries. Feeling responsible for others. A sense of being stuck or not quite belonging.

Family Constellations offers an experiential way of exploring patterns that can be difficult to shift through understanding alone.

After several successful workshops in Cambridge, I’m really happy to be bringing my Family Constellations workshop to St Leonards for the first time.

I’ve been coaching since 2016, with over 3,000 sessions facilitated, and my work has increasingly developed towards systemic, embodied and group work, alongside my training and experience in Family Constellations.

✨ What is it really like to experience a Family Constellations workshop?

Many people are curious about Family Constellations but aren't quite sure what happens during a workshop or what the experience is like.

Join me live with Catherine, who attended my recent Family Constellations day.

During our conversation, we'll explore: • What she expected before attending • What surprised her during the day • Her experience taking part in a constellation • What she noticed as a support person throughout the workshop • What she took away from the experience

To respect the privacy of all participants, we'll be sharing only Catherine's personal experience and reflections from the day. No details of anyone else's constellation work will be discussed.
