Gradings with us are not essential, if you just want to train a little, get some exercise and have some fun that’s great. However gradings can be good to push you a little, test your knowledge and physical endurance. It reminds you that you do remember things you have learnt and can demonstrate them with confidence. It’s also a handy way to keep track of your progress with us on your martial arts journey.
