I don’t think there’ll ever come a time when how we show yoga online doesn’t aggravate me…

As the January surge to the mat is coming in quick this is your friendly reminder that every tricky thing you see online started off from a much simpler place. If you feel too intimidated to start, please don’t. We’ve all been a beginner!

Hello lovely ones!
I'm thinking of starting up some socially distanced park yoga... what do you think?
Sundays 10am in Downhills (is shadier) &/or an evening class... let me know what you think & which option you'd prefer.
(NB you'd have to bring your own mat/practise on the grass due to restrictions)
