There are no classes on Monday 22nd and Wednesday 24th June as I take a week off work and FitSteps. Classes start back on Monday 29th June and will run through the summer so hope to see you there!

Well tonight's classes were hot 🥵 and you were all on fire 🔥 !! Shorts, sweat towel, water and spritzer were needed, but you were great. Well done everyone, see you back for more from Monday 29th !

We kept an eye on the black clouds tonight but finished in lovely sunshine via a glorious rainbow 🌈!

The rain got me as I locked up tonight!
But it cooled me down after 2 fabulous Fitsteps classes tonight! This included a fiery Flamenco and a powerful Paso at 6 30pm, then a terrific Tango and a sunny Samba at 7.45pm 🤩😍
Let's do it all again next week!
