Today’s professional behaviours session was all about honing our skills in running effective parent meetings. Deliberate practice and thoughtful communication are key to building strong partnerships with families. Excited to put these skills into action!

What a week!
It’s been a pleasure welcoming our new primary trainees to TCP. We’ve had a great start and finished the week with maths, diving into key concepts such as place value, addition, and subtraction.

We've also explored how secure subject knowledge empowers teachers to motivate their pupils and deliver more effective, confident teaching. Looking forward to seeing this strong foundation grow throughout the year!
