Workshop: Your Student Journey – Visas, Travel and Settling in the US
Starting your studies abroad involves much more than securing an offer. This session will guide you through the practical aspects of beginning your student journey, from navigating the student visa process to planning your travel and settling into life in the United States. We will also address common questions and concerns that students have when relocating to a new country.
We are delighted to be joined by Bushra Alam, a Postdoctoral Researcher at Emory University, who will share her experiences and practical advice on preparing for this transition. We are also pleased to share that two of Bushra's Project EduAccess mentees have secured scholarships to pursue higher education in Europe
