In January 2020 I qualified as a Clubbercise Instructor. I absolutely love Clubbercise and have a huge passion for all that it provides. I love Clubbercise not just for the physical and health benefits it brings but for the Clubbercise connection, friendship and family, support and community, who I love meeting through teaching. Clubbercise is a exercise class with easy to follow dance routines to club classic anthems from the 90's to current day chart hits. It is in a darkened room with disco lights and glow sticks. Classes are inclusive for everyone of ALL fitness levels and abilities, gender and ages.
