Welcome to Clubbercise with Amelia page. Clubbercise with Amelia offers community fitness classes in Cambridge. Clubbercise will totally boost your well being and positively transform you from the inside out. It's an exercise workout that leaves you with "THE BUZZ" and it is awesome! So if you have promised yourself that this is the time for a physical and mental well being make-over the Clubbercise with Amelia is definitely for you! I absolutely love music and dance and I love to workout! I have always been a huge dance fitness fan, having participated in dance fitness exercise programmes for many years. In January 2020 I qualified as a Clubbercise Instructor. I absolutely love Clubbercise and have a huge passion for all that it provides. I love Clubbercise not just for the physical and health benefits it brings but for the Clubbercise connection, friendship and family, support and community, who I love meeting through teaching. Clubbercise is a exercise class with easy to follow dance routines to club classic anthems from the 90's to current day chart hits. It is in a darkened room with disco lights and glow sticks. Classes are inclusive for everyone of ALL fitness levels and abilities, gender and ages. Here are just some of the health benefits *General improvement of health * Weight loss reducing risk of lifestyle illness and diseases * Bone strength * Overall body toning * Reduces physical and mental stress * Increases flexibility * Enhances muscle strength and control * Improve energy and strength * Improves coordination * A feel good class * Increases self-confidence

💙🩷💙🩷 I'M VERY EXCITED! This weekend I'm starting my instructor training to provide the BRAND NEW Clubbercise "Low & Glow" format and as a founding instructor! 🤪😍👏 Clubbercise Fitness

An instructors job is NEVER DONE! We continue to learn, improve and adapt as instructors and I whole heartedly appreciate every given opportunity to do so! Instructing Exercise to music and Group Exercise with varied formats isn't as simple as just slinging a class together and off you go. There is ALWAYS something new to learn and I am so grateful to Clubbercise for giving instructors the wonderful opportunity and support along the way to continue to grow, learn and adapt.

So look out for my LOW & GLOW classes coming to our class schedule in the near future ( all-be-it I pass my training and assessment 😬🤞) ❤️🩷🧡💛💚💙🩵💜

Thank you so much to EVERYONE! Especially to my amazing LiftGroove Legends! This morning we smashed LiftGroove in Chesterton. We danced our hearts out in Clubbercise this evening and...WELL LOOK...this bunch I am just in awe of.

💙🎉🩷🎉💙🎉🩷 IT'S ANNIVERSARY DAY!! 👏 I am so excited and a little emotional today. LiftGroove launched a year ago and I am so proud of how far my fitness brand has come.

Never in my wildest dreams did I think that I would launch my own fitness brand and over the year it has been amazing, incredibly hard work...but I've loved EVERY single minute of if though.

I launched LiftGroove noticing how Community Fitness is forever evolving in the industry and "COMMUNITY" is what I wholeheartedly believe in when it comes to fitness. It's what I am passionate about. My passion is all about providing community classes that are accessible, flexible and adaptive to what exercise formats can become. Giving people the opportunity to experience exercise, but not traditionally how exercise is perceived to be. Oh God...there's that word.... "EXERCISE". It does fill people with dread. It does sit at the bottom of the to-do list. So LiftGroove was designed to elevate traditional exercise into being something different! LiftGroove purposefully combines elements of different formats to provide variety and fun and the "GROOVE" being the twist.

3 VENUES! Growing classes, A finalist in the 2026 Heart & Soul Fitness Awards 2026 and support from some incredible individuals behind the scenes, I just can't wait to see and I'm very excited for LiftGroove going into a new and second year.

I'd like to thank ABSOLUTELY EVERYONE who has supported me in this venture, supported and attended classes, got right behind the brand and encouraged me to keep going 😘 Special thanks to my amazing class attendees, HUGE thanks and appreciation to my awesome class managers and to my family.
