You two are like a romantic novel - bound together since I tied your hands. You have written your 1st year and I wish you many new and with exciting chapters....

Today my dad would have been 100....

He was very loved and did not get to be half that age, dying suddenly at barely 42.

Yet he lives on forever etched in the memory of my brother and I; our mum died still loving him and I believe somewhere up there a great party going on

So Happy Birthday Dad - wherever you are!

We said goodbye to auntie Bridie this week and we will miss her wisdom, steadiness, brilliant mind and sense of humour.

A life lived to the full.
