I have a new event coming up on Saturday 10 September. I will be joined by two other wonderful practitioners, Carole and Maggie, who dedicate their time to coaching and teaching qigong. You can read more about them in the event link.

We felt compelled to organise this face-to-face event after two and a half years of living with Covid as many people have felt a sense of disconnect. Our approach on the day will be experiential and we will offer different ways to recreate a sense of connection with our bodies, others and nature.

If it's for you, please do book quickly as there are only six spaces! If you like, invite a friend to come along as there is a discount if you book for two.

Here is the link for more information and to register: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/bringing-back-a-sense-of-connection-to-ourself-others-our-surroundings-tickets-336520561057

Let me know if you'd like to find out more about it before going ahead. It would be lovely to see you there!

There will be another Saturday session on 9 January, 11.30am - 12.30pm. The weekly classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 11.30am - 12.30pm, are starting again next week as well. All my Gentle Movements sessions are online at the moment. Let me know if you would like to take part!
