Wave Vets are a small, independent practice in the heart of Wadebridge, North Cornwall— and we’re looking for someone brilliant to join our front of house crew.

You'll become part of a close-knit, supportive team where everyone works together to provide the highest standard of care for our patients and clients. 🌟 What the role looks like
• Client & patient greeting — welcoming our lovely Wavers and their pawsome pets
• Answering phones — from quick queries to more complex concerns
• Booking appointments and managing the diary
• Handling payments and end of day cashing up
• Requesting and sending histories
• Processing insurance claims
• Being the calm, organised, friendly face of the practice

💬 Who we’re looking for
• Experienced in a veterinary reception
• Confident, warm, and genuinely great with people
• Someone who enjoys being part of a supportive, upbeat team
• A multitasker who can keep cool when things get busy

🎁 What you’ll get

It's time to celebrate! Our Chelsea has passed her final exams with flying colours (as we suspected) and has become a fully qualified nurse! She may still be awaiting her registration number but is already rocking the green look!
