Great session working on CB-specific drills with Samuel from the Ipswich Town Academy U16s! ⚽️

While on holiday, Samuel booked in for two sessions to sharpen up his off-season training, using the RXTR scanning machine to help build those habits.
The application and tempo he brought were second to none. Urgent, explosive, and completely focussed.

When learning how to consistently strike a ball effectively, repetition is the absolute key. It takes time, patience, and constant refinement on the grass to get it right.

Scanning isn't just about looking; it's about processing information. 🧠📈
We are using a new piece of equipment designed to help players scan quickly and assess the spaces and opponents around them. Matt put it to the test tonight and felt it massively increased the realism and match tempo required to play out of pressure. 💨⚽️
