Talent deserves to be celebrated but so does the support behind it. 👏

Stan and I were blown away by Tommy’s incredible skill, but equally by the encouragement he receives from his family.

Thank you Martyn and Tommy for having us!

Keep doing your thing, Tommy! We can’t wait to see where your talent takes you 🔥🏍️

A huge THANK YOU to our first ever TS Young Leaders! 💚💙

This summer, Lotte, Henry, Holly, Toby, Tyler and Hannah joined us at camp and absolutely threw themselves into helping the team, supporting the children, getting involved in activities and learning what goes on behind the scenes at TS.

We were so impressed with the effort, confidence and enthusiasm they showed and, most importantly, the children loved having them around. 🙌

The programme was such a success that TS Young Leaders will now be running all year round, giving more young people the chance to build confidence, develop leadership skills, gain experience and become a real part of the TS team. ⭐

This was only the beginning… 👀

A massive well done to our Summer 2026 Young Leaders…. Lotte, Henry, Holly, Toby, Tyler & Hannah. We can’t wait to see what comes next! 💚

Our Young Leaders Programme gives children who have outgrown camp (ages 4–12) the chance to return to TS in a new role.

They’ll still enjoy all the fun and perks of camp, while gaining exclusive coach privileges like their own uniform, identity, and leadership responsibilities.

It’s the perfect way for older children to stay involved, build confidence, and for parents to enjoy peace of mind knowing all their children are safe, supported, and experiencing what working at TS is like.
