With the recent investment and renovations, it’s a beautiful spot and a must-visit for anyone looking to get into open water swimming.

Have you tried the cold plunge and thought maybe you’d like to give open water a go, but felt unsure where to start? Or perhaps you’re confident in the pool and want to step outside your comfort zone & require more guidance and support?

This cold plunge to open water session is the perfect place to begin. In a supportive, small-group setting, you’ll be gently introduced to the world of open water swimming, whether you’re taking your very first dip or looking to build confidence and expand your knowledge.
