There will be a meeting for all those interested in being part of Callander primary parent council on Tuesday 28th September at 6.30pm.

If you love your school and want your kids to get the best from it this is the group for you. Chat and learn about issues that affect education, garner change and raise some funds for some ‘extras’. Please come along and hear how you can get involved.

Big thanks to Dawn Semple for arranging the P7 Christmas wreaths again this year! They looked amazing and the kids all seemed to enjoy making them.

Callander 41 Club are looking for volunteers to help on Santa's Sleigh. Each organisation who provides a volunteer will get a donation for their organisation. Dates are as follows....

Saturday 18th December Callander

Tuesday 21st December Deanston/Thornhill

🎄 Christmas hampers 🎄

The parent council will be making up Christmas hampers again this year. Any donations you have would be very gratefully received. Food, baking, wine, toys, books, toiletries - anything at all that would make up a nice hamper.

Donations can be handed in to the primary school.

Rachael Underwood will be holding a hamper making evening on 2nd December. She usually makes lovely cakes to enjoy while making up the hampers! More details to follow.

🐶 🐱 🐁 Roll up, roll up for the Callander Primary Pet show 🐎 🐮 🐠

When we ask the children what events they would like us to run, they always ask for a pet show. So with no H&S concerns to worry about, we can now run this online over the February holiday!

Classes are listed below, including a class for non pet owners. You can enter more than one class. Get a great picture of your pet. Message me directly or the Callander Primary Parent Council page. Please say what class you are entering plus the name of your child. Easy 😁😜

🏵 There will be a prize and certificate for each winner, plus a Best in Show 🏵
Closing date Sunday 21st February.
