We want to say a huge thank you to all of our members for your patience, support, and understanding throughout our refurb so far.
We know that renovations can sometimes bring a little disruption, and we truly appreciate the positivity and encouragement you have shown during this exciting period of change.
Whilst our works are well underway at the start of the project we came across some issues that we didn’t foresee and as such we took the decision to take the unit back to 4 walls and a roof.
Every improvement is being made with our members in mind, and we’re working hard to create a better environment for everyone to enjoy. We genuinely believe the finished result will be something very special and absolutely worth the wait.
Thank you for sticking with us - we can’t wait to share the finished transformation with you all.

IT’S CARDIFF HYROX WEEK AND WE’RE READY TO SUPPORT OUR VERY OWN👏🏼
Tatum will be competing this FRIDAY at 14:20 in the Women’s Doubles🤩
Lucas will be competing this WEDNESDAY at 8:00 in the Solo Men’s and next MONDAY at 16:20 in the Men’s Doubles😮💨
