✅You get the Precision Physiques unique app on your mobile phone, where i will tailor your training plan specific to your abilities, and goals. the app is interactive and every exercise i instruct you to do comes with a short video of me doing that exercise, giving you the confidence you are doing the exercise right.
✅ you get diet plans tailored to you, it won't contain any foods you don't like, the plans are enjoyable and have optional set meals the whole family can enjoy, such as chicken curry, Bolognese, chilli and rice, cottage pie, Chicken hot pot and the like.
✅ you get weekly check-ins, all done conveniently on the app, you simply weigh on your designated check-in day, and go onto the app, add your weight, progress photos, and answer the questions on how your diet and week has been in general.
i then give you constructive voice note feedback, explaining to you where we are in terms of progress, and any adaptations/changes we might consider to further improve your progress.
