So happy to be working with Cyngor Gwynedd/ Teulu Gwynedd again to offer sessions for Infants, children, parents and carers.

Sessions include:
Camau Cyntaf (a taster of Baby yoga and baby massage),
Iogis Bach On the Move,
Yoga move & story and
Yoga through story for children with SEN

It’s so important to me that activities to promote wellbeing are inclusive to all
Grateful that these sessions have been funded. All sessions are free with limited spaces available.

Dim angen ‘babi tawel’ i ddod i Iogis Bach! 🌿

Crio, chwerthin, bablo, neu sgrechian... mae ‘na groeso cynnes iawn i bawb ac i bob hwyliau yn ein dosbarthiadau.

Iogis Bach classes are calm and gentle, but they are definitely not silent.

If your little one needs to feed, cry, crawl off the mat, or just have a big release that is completely welcomed.

We are here to move, breathe, and navigate this journey together, without any judgement.

5 mlynedd o Iogis Bach 🥳 5 years of Iogis Bach ✨

Waw! Hanner degawd! Mae’r pum mlynedd diwethaf wedi gwibio heibio a dwi wir dal yn joio pob eiliad.

Dwi mor ddiolchgar o’r holl brofiadau sydd wedi fy ngwthio allan o’r comfort zone, y merched anhygoel (a’r bobol) tu ôl i’r busnesau bach eraill sydd wastad yn annog, cefnogi ac mor garedig.

Ond chi sydd yn heaeddu y diolch mwyaf. Dwi mor ddiolchgar i chi am barhau i fy nghefnogi i. Fysa ni ddim Iogis Bach heb y mamau, rhieni a’r rhai bach gorjys dwi’n cael y pleser o’u cwmni bob wythnos.

Ac yn enwedig fy nheulu bach am roi fyny efo fi yn gweithio’n galed bob awr o’r dydd a helpu fi gartio yr holl stwff nôl ac ‘mlaen (sydd wedi cymryd drosodd garej Mr. F a’r stafell sbâr, wps! 😅)

Diolch o waelod calon i chi am yr holl hwyl, chwerthin, sgyrsiau a rhoi’r byd yn ei le tra dwi’n lwcus iawn i gael gwneud be dwi’n caru bod dydd! Teimlo’n lwcus iawn ohona chi gyd.

Waw! Half a decade, it’s flown by and honestly I am still enjoying every moment.

Beyond grateful for all the experiences that have pushed me out of my comfort zone, the women behind the small businesses that encourage, support and are so kind.

The biggest thank you is to you. I’m so grateful for your continued support. Iogis Bach wouldn’t exist without the mamas, parents and gorgeous little ones that I’m fortunate to be in their company each week.

My little family have put up with me working every hour of the day and helping me carting all the stuff backwards and forwards (which has taken over Mr. F’s garage and spare room, sori! 😅

Thank you so much for all the fun, laughs and chats all whilst being lucky to do what I love everyday.
