We are running a special event for year 6 children who are getting ready to move to secondary school. This is complimentary and different to the transition workshops we run in schools with a focus on 'standing up for what you believe'. The event is open to all year 6 children, whether of a particular faith or none. Feel free to share with any year 6 children you know. Sign up link in the comments.

Happy volunteers week! We are grateful for all our volunteers and supporters. We have some fantastic people helping us at various events, but also many people who support us behind the scenes through prayer, knitting hearts or cutting out resources. Thank you. We'd love to welcome all our supporters for our annual afternoon tea to celebrate another year of teaching about the Christian faith in local schools. There will be cake!

We took part in the Christians Across Watford Charity Showcase this week. It was inspiring to meet with other charities working in Watford and to meet with church leaders and explore how we can work together even more in the future.

It's that time of the year again! We are getting ready for our Easter lessons. Over the next 4 weeks we will be visiting 70 classes for lessons, 3 classes for Easter in a box events and a couple of schools for assemblies. That's well over 2000 children who will hear the Easter story.

The Highlights:
• Role: Chair of Trustees (Voluntary).
• Impact: Lead a dedicated board supporting our wonderful workers deliver lessons, assemblies, prayer spaces and resources for thousands of children.
• Commitment: Approximately 2 days per month.
• Requirement: A committed Christian with leadership experience and a heart for the Watford area.

Tricia and Johanna (and one of our thankful ducks) spent the weekend at the Hand in Hand Conference being inspired by the speakers, learning about new resources (lots of attention for children with mental health challenges and additional needs), meeting people (including the amazing Josh from ) and celebrating achievements such a Bob Hartman's who has written many stories that we use in our work. If you are a children's ministry worker, this is THE conference to attend!
