KidsRocK and music4generations

Do you know, I love my job. I don’t consider it a ‘job’ at all but just an absolute pleasure to engage people with music.

I could tell so many stories of interactions that have moved me to tears or fits of laughter, happiness and sadness, hope and despair, joy and dark places, every emotion really.
The music touches all lives in many different ways, but never fails to bring a reaction whatever form that may take.

I want to thank all the people and children who have been involved in my ‘journey’. You are all so special to me.
In all the years I have been involved in KidsRocK and music4generations there hasn’t been a week when i have’n’t been amazed at the power music has in our lives.

I plan to carry on and hope to see you soon. ###💚###

St Anne’s KidsRocKers, sadly it’s our very last session on Thursday. We are having a teddy bears’ picnic so bring your bears as we go down to the woods for some fun, singing, dancing and eating!

Well they say never work with children and animals, but yet again I get to cuddle some lovely creatures! This is Sheldon being looked after by Kate Childminder and he was so excited that he had a huge wee in my hand! 😆🐢

After a lovely week away to Flamborough and seeing the puffins on the hairy scary cliffs! Safe to say it’s good to be back at Dom’s childminders this morning. And WOW look how tall their sunflowers have grown! Around a metre tall!
Tell or show us how your sunflowers are doing too. Sadly mine have wilted as my daughter forgot to water them for me while I was away! 😬
Don’t forget we are back at St Anne’s this Thursday. 🌻🐧🚎
