Chapters of life.
Life changes you change. You see yourself taking steps forward into the unknown.
My yoga journey has looked very different at times.
Iv wanted different things.
It's seen me to go full time as a teacher , part time as a teacher., teach chair yoga, hatha yoga, prenatal yoga, postnatal yoga, meditation, ying classes, workshops , brunches and that's just yoga. I have grown a child, started new job, trained and completed my first marathon with constant running challenges along the way to new challenges in practice, personal growth, and mental health awareness. Becoming stronger.
Iv grown in my practice in yoga and without.
Iv loved yoga. Iv been scared to get on my mat yoga.
Iv cried , iv laughed , I have just let the mat guide me and just sat and breathed.
But the one thing I am grateful for is. The time spent developing and growing in the direction iv felt drawn too.
Yoga has always been there. A helping hand to tackle the challenges.
People think yoga is touching your toes and being flexible.
Yoga to me is life. To the stolen moments breathing in the car. To the silent moments in the kitchen washing your hands to the random yoga move you do at work making a cuppa to relieve your back. To the power flow. Yoga
My soulmate I never knew I needed ⭐
