Loving life this morning on my 5k run along alvor beach in my £4 aldi sunglasses 😂😎
Very quiet on the running side with a poorly ankle. Has led to few weeks in the gym getting stronger and ready for the next training block.

Dr Ron Hill 7 mile.
Part of the tour Tameside. I only took part in the final race. But next year you may see me doing the full weekend. Who knows.
Great race... very hilly and hot.
Completed 16th place in my age category. Im happy with that.
Supporting the latest race kit. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Manchester aj bell fun run. An incredible day for the boys. We all had an absolute blast. Boys first race of many. ❤️🏅🎉 1 mile down. 100's to go. Love sharing this with them.

A week in running in Manchester.
Tuesday pouring with rain and waterproofs. Thursday kinda sunny but still not to hot. Sunday melting in next to nothing. Then missed Tuesday because it was a heat wave and 31 degrees. 😂🙃 literally the story of my life. Checking the weather to decide on what to wear to run in. 😂🤔😍

Endure relay 🏃‍♀️
Last weekend I took part in the endure relay.
As many 2.4km laps as a team of 4 in 4 hours.
We had an absolute blast.
I was 2 weeks post marathon and the girls 3 weeks post the she ultra. What were we thinking.
We all turned up with a smile and the passion to keep going. A great few hours running in the sun.
