Good evening!
We hope everyone's had a great weekend enjoying the slightly cooler weather, the football (It's coming home!) or the tennis!
Well we've made it to the final week of another Cygnets' academic year - truly one of the fastest years ever! We are looking forward to the week ahead enjoying re-runs of Cygnets' favourite things to do, tomorrow's trip to Banham Zoo and the chance to spend that last bit of special time with your amazing children. On Friday, it'll be time for some goodbyes and to wish our leavers all the luck in the world as they take the next steps in their journey and start Big School. It has been a privilege to be a part of each Cygnets' journey and we hope we have played some small part in helping them to be the amazing, resilient and happy little people they are. No doubt there will be a few tears shed, but we hope you and your children will take away some special memories, have made some special friends and think of us with fondness!
For those Cygnets returning in September, we can't wait to make more happy memories with you!
On Friday, we plan to have a day of favourites! The weather forecast is exceptionally hot again and we will choose exactly what we do later in the week. However, we have plans A, B and C in place, so inside or out, fun will be had and Cygnets will get wet, dirty or messy........or all of the above! π€£ If your child does not normally attend Cygnets on a Friday, they are invited to join us from 12.10pm for a hot farewell lunch and to enjoy an afternoon of activities until our usual pick up time. Please confirm with a member of staff that your child will require a hot lunch on this day. There is no charge for this meal but any donations towards the cost would be gratefully received!
At last, just 1 sleep till we go to Banham Zoo! Everyone should have received an email with final details this morning - please check your inbox! If you have any queries, please do get in touch and arrive promptly at 9.10am.
Looking forward to a memorable week! π
