Year 6 had a great time celebrating the end of primary school tonight. A HUGE thank you to the parents who ran bake sales and ice pop sales to fundraise for the inflatable. Thank you to Carol, Nan of one of our Year 6s, who bought everyone an ice cream.

A few weeks ago, Year 6 had their trip to London. We enjoyed a trip down the river, watching Matilda and dinner. It was the hottest day of the year and they coped exceptionally well. The ice cream in the interval was much needed. Thank you to the Year 6 parents who have fundraised and bought the ice creams.

Last week we had our amazing sponsored Bubble Run! Children ran around the school and enjoyed getting sprayed with water and dodging the bubbles.

Reception classes were SO EXCITED to welcome the fire department yesterday to teach us all about what they do and how they keep us safe! Many children got to spray the hose until the firemen got called away on a real emergency! What excitement to see the blue lights and hear the siren!
