Founded in 2009, Mildenhall and Red Lodge RFC has gone from strength to strength. Serving the local communities of Mildenhall, the Rows, and Red Lodge as well as the 9000 serving USAF personnel and their families, based on RAF Mildenhall and RAF Lakenheath. Operating in Eastern Counties League one, the club now lists in its trophy cabinet, Eastern Counties League two champions 2020, twice Cambridg

eshire county champions, Suffolk county champions 2019 and the Whistler cup winners 2019. Training currently occurs twice a week, Thursday 7pm and Saturday 11am at the Red Lodge Sports Pavilion. Should you wish to join please send us a DM or email [email protected]

Some goodbyes are harder than others.

This week we say goodbye to Dalton, Danielle, Lizzie and Zach as they head back home after another spell in the UK.

Dalton first found his way to Mildenhall & Red Lodge after Kev convinced him to come along to a game. Before he knew it, he was playing a full half with his family watching from the sidelines – and from that moment, he was hooked.

Since then, Dalton has been everything you could ask for in a teammate. Strong, committed and someone who always gave everything when he pulled on the shirt. But more importantly, he's one of the kindest, most genuine people you'll ever meet. The sort of person who always puts others first and makes everyone around him feel welcome.

The same can be said for Danielle, Lizzie and Zach. They've become a huge part of our club, and they'll be missed just as much as Dalton.

This may be the end of Dalton's second stint in England, but he'll always have a place at Mildenhall & Red Lodge. Once an Eagle, always an Eagle.

From everyone at the club, thank you for everything. We wish you all the very best for the next chapter back home, and we know our paths will cross again.

Safe travels, we'll miss you all. ❤️🦅

It's been a really positive few weeks.

The hard work is starting to show. The effort at every session has been outstanding, the intensity has been high, and the squad is growing every week with new faces continuing to come through the door.

Pre-season is where foundations are built, and everyone is buying into what we're trying to achieve. There's a long way to go, but we're heading in the right direction.

If you're looking for a new challenge or just fancy giving rugby a go, there's never been a better time to join us.

Training is every Thursday, 7pm, at Red Lodge Sports Pavilion.

No shortcuts. Just hard work.

Another quality session in the bank. The intensity, effort and commitment from everyone has been outstanding, and it's great to see the squad continuing to grow with new and familiar faces all buying into what we're building.

If you're thinking about playing rugby, whether you've got years of experience or you've never picked up a ball before, now's the perfect time to get involved.
