Verenga CIC offered local children in Newmarket a reading session .

It allowed the young numerous benefits for their cognitive, language, and social-emotional development. We ensured that we built their vocabulary, enhanced their language skills, improved their attention span, and fostered a love of reading.

We enjoyed it too.

Thanks to Book trust for the donations of different language books.

Get ready for our Tips4kids 5 .

Tips4kids is :

A free virtual Jolly Phonics Program for Children aged 4-8 years following the Department of Education approved synthetic phonics approach.

Our aim is to minimise isolation by ensuring that no child is left behind in the literacy journey.

Jolly Phonics is a fun, engaging interactive child centred, multisensory program which introduces introduce 42 letter sounds of the English Language.

The program focuses on 5 important skills required to write and read:

🌻Learning Letter Sounds
🌻Learning Letter Formation
🌻Blending
🌻Identifying sounds in words
🌻Plus Tricky words

Our program offers free weekly:

Zoom sessions which cover everything listed above.

🔹Sessions are set for term time offering three sessions per week for 30 minutes

🔹Sessions are on Monday ,Wednesday and Friday at 6pm to 6:30.

🔹Parents will also receive two lessons via Zoom on how they can help their children

🌻A graduation ceremony and Jolly Phonics Certificates will be provided at the end of each course for each child.

🔹Every child will get free access to Jolly classroom.

🔹We start on 23/06/25.
