We are very proud of our children in the Nest, for making such a beautiful arrangement of daisies for the flower festival of All Saints, Hartest and St. Mary's, Stanstead churches. We were delighted to hear they had won the 'Best Sustainable Arrangement' prize. The children are over the moon!

Trixie had a fabulous half term week. On bank holiday Monday she took her pony club D test - these are tests which combine riding, practical assessment and stable management knowledge. Trixie showed great resilience and her pony was being rather unhelpful and kept trying to eat grass. Although Barney then certainly redeemed himself on the first day of the Suffolk show coming an incredible 2nd place in the largest class of the day just missing out on a London international qualifier.
Well done Trixie, we are incredibly proud of you and what you have managed to achieve 👏

We would like to extend our condolence's to the family of Ian Simpson who played a large part in our little school. He was our special visitor in December and led the cycling proficiency lessons for our year 6's for a number of years.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family at this time.

Our first day back has seen Owl Class begin their rehearsals for the summer production and we have had a welcome respite from the hot weather at lunchtime today ☔️
Just a reminder that there will be no clubs this week, due to it being our first week back, but gardening club will be going ahead because of all the weeding that will need doing.
The Nest is open as usual, please book 24 hours ahead of time
