Roll don’t lift! By rolling the trail 🦶 inwards ⬅️ you shift pressure towards the lead side helping you control the low point and use the ground forces 🏌️♂️ 💨
Many strike issues come from “losing your spine angle” in the downswing. Your heel pushing excessively up often causes players to early extend!
This simple drill is definately a go to of mine!

All about the hips!! If you’re a swayer or have issues with a reverse pivot this is definitely the video for you!
I love this simple drill to get you loading the backswing correctly. Generally elite golfers move their pelvis 1-2inches away from the 🎯 early in the backswing, re centre by the top of the backswing and move 4-8inches towards the target by impact! THIS IS NOT SLIDING!

If you’re cooling correctly it’s pretty hard to actually over swing. Simply trying to shorten the swing doesn’t cure the fault it just reduces speed and therefore how far offline the ball can go.
