We are incredibly excited to be hosting this event at Forged Fit and adding another layer of education and support for our members and local community.
For so many women, hitting their 40s and beyond can feel frustrating. You're eating less, trying harder, doing all the "right" things... yet the results seem to have stalled.

That's exactly why we've created The Nutrition Shift for Women 40+.
This practical and informative evening will cut through the confusion and social media noise, helping you understand how to fuel your body for better energy, improved body composition, strength and long-term health.
We'll be covering:

One of the best parts of these women's sessions isn't the weight being lifted... it's what happens alongside it.
Over the months we've watched women come through the doors feeling nervous, unsure and lacking confidence, only to discover just how strong and capable they really are.
They've celebrated PBs together, supported each other through difficult times, made friendships that extend far beyond the gym, and even started trying new hobbies and adventures together outside of training.
What started as just a strength session has become a genuine community.
Every Tuesday and Friday morning, the room is full of encouragement, laughter, hard work and women building each other up.
The strength they're gaining isn't just physical. It's confidence, resilience, self-belief and connection.
As coaches, it's a pretty amazing thing to be part of.
