We have been enjoying celebrating the upcoming festival of Eid. The children had a wonderful time creating decorative moons and stars, showing their creativity and excitement.

Our lovely cook created a Eid feast for the children to enjoy. One of our staff members also bought sweets in for the children.

Delicious Dinners at Nursery! 🍽️

We love making mealtimes a happy, social part of the day here at nursery, we all eat together in the dining room and as you can see, our little ones enjoy a lovely variety of nutritious homestyle freshly cooked meals! 🥦🍚

Here are a few examples of the balanced dinners and portion sizes, we’ve been serving this week:

✨ Tasty chicken curry with fluffy rice and naan bread

✨️ Pasta bolognese with a sprinkle of cheese, Garlic bread and fresh veggie sticks

✨ Jacket potatoes with Tuna and sweetcorn mix, baked beans, coleslaw, cheese, and fresh veggie sticks

✨ Mini cooked breakfasts with beans, sausage, egg, toast, and hash browns.

Our Nursery cook prepares all our meals with little appetites in mind offering familiar flavours, gentle textures, and plenty of colour to encourage even the pickiest eaters. Our aim is to make sure every child enjoys a healthy, filling meal that supports their energy, growth, and development throughout the day. 💪❤️

Babies are always encouraged to have a go at feeding themselves but we are there to offer them gentle support along the way.
