Awesome session at Richard Wakefield School First time with the year 4’s so we covered some simple striking and talked about the most dangerous thing we do every day and other daily dangers. Also covered some breaking away and how as Karateka if we don’t put ourselves in a situation we never have to defend it. The Children were excellent and full of energy and had a lot of fun with the drills 🙏
