It's been one year since we started Little Acorns Day Nursery! We're so thankful to the parents for their support and to the children for being such a delight to care for. We've really enjoyed our time and look forward to many more years to come! ❤

Wow, September went fast! And what a great time the children have had!! Well let's find out what is happening in October...

The children will be learning about Autumn and to support their learning we are asking parents to bring in leaves, conkers and pine cones please.

Friday 11th October - Donna will be visiting to do a sign and singing Halloween themed session- she will be focusing on Room On The Broom 🎃🦇👻 The children loved having her last time and we are looking forward to seeing her again.

Warning! The "C" word is going to be used... Christmas! 😂🎅

Wednesday 16th Oct - we have a photographer coming in to take winter/ Christmas pictures. Christmas gifts for the relatives! Please bring your child in ready for their photos. Also the photographer will be using the reception area, so no pushchairs to be left in reception please.

Wednesday 23rd October - Our spooky day party! The children can come in dressed up for Halloween or they can wear orange clothes if they prefer not to be dressed up.

I hope the pre school children enjoyed their home learning and a huge thank you to all the parents that took pictures and sent them in. Please could parents bring back the bags and plastic containers.

Hello all!

Our theme for September is be "All About Me" where we'll have the opportunity to learn more about your child's interests through play-based activities. We're also looking to book Donna again in September for musical activities with the children, following positive feedback from her previous visit.
