You'll train with primary specialists who have been shaping great trainees into great teachers for 10 years on our re-developed 2024 programmes.

With our Initial Teacher Training programme, you could earn Qualified Teacher Status, a PGCE with Bath Spa University and once qualified, a starting salary of £31,650 or more. Powered by REAch2 Academy Trust and our nationwide network of over 80 partner schools, we have a successful track record of developing primary expertise within and beyond the Trust.

A warm welcome to our new REAch Teach trainees for 2026–27!

Last week, our newest cohort attended their first in-person inductions across the country. It was an opportunity to meet one another, connect with the REAch Teach team, learn more about the programme and get set up for the year ahead.

We’re excited to follow their progress as they begin their training, gain experience in the classroom and work towards becoming qualified teachers.

🎓 Congratulations to the REAch Teach Class of 2025/26!

Last week, we had the pleasure of celebrating our trainee teachers at the Houses of Parliament as they marked the end of their training year and received their recommendation for Qualified Teacher Status.

Throughout the year, they have shown tremendous commitment, embraced every challenge and grown into confident, talented teachers ready to make a difference.
As they prepare to step into classrooms and begin their teaching careers, we know they will have a positive impact on the children and communities they serve.
