We’re expanding our instructor team as demand for flight training continues to grow. If you’re already a qualified instructor — or a pilot interested in becoming one — we’d love to hear from you.

Alongside a competitive hourly rate, instructors at Tatenhill benefit from a supportive flying environment, a modern training fleet, strong student demand, and opportunities to continue developing their flying careers.

We’re also launching the Tatenhill Instructor Grant Programme, helping successful applicants overcome the upfront cost of instructor training by funding the FI rating and clearing the cost through instructing hours.

Thanks to everyone who joined us in the clubhouse for our recent Owners’ Forum at Tatenhill.

It was a great evening bringing pilots together to chat through what’s happening around the airfield, share a few ideas, and hear the thoughts of those who fly and spend time here. Conversations like these help keep Tatenhill moving in the right direction.

We really appreciate everyone who was able to come along and take part. Your input helps us keep things on the right heading as we continue to develop the airfield.

A big thank you as well to Ant and the team at Café 26 for keeping everyone fuelled throughout the evening.

UPDATE: The cafe will be closed for the rest of the week, reopening on Monday 16/3.

During this time, there will be some exciting changes as the café moves under new management and launches with a new name: Café 26.
