In memory of Mr Knight. I was working outside wearing some tan leather gloves, had to run them under the outside tap as they were very grubby. When I came inside to wash my hands I found my fingers had turned slightly yellow, my immediate thought went to Mr Knight, he always had ni****ne stained fingers. It brought back many memories, a good man, form master, physics and maths teacher, early 1960s for me.

We have just been informed that Mr.Salt has died. RIP and we send condolances to his family.

It appears he died on August 26th and his wife a few weeks afterwards.
