Looking forward to starting new Programmes of Dots and Paws b in Liverpool Primary Schools this week, as part of The Mindfulness in Schools Programme . The value and benefits of delivering Mindfulness in schools is well documented. For many children, their wellbeing, mental health, learning, behaviour and relationships are all impacted positively in schools where there is a commitment to delivering Mindfulness and PSHCE. Just loved delivering The Pivot Point Plus to the staff team at Lansbury Bridge. It was a joy to be able to share some NLP wisdom with the aim of reducing stress and worry and increasing our capacity to tick along better for more of the time. Yesterday we rounded up with some reflections of the 8 sessions and shared what brings us joy...and cake. (Thanks Ruth😀).
