This month we have caught up with Courtney to see how she felt about gaining a Distinction in all areas of her Level 5 Lead Practitioner EPA

Here’s what she had to say…

"Completing my level 5 was a massive achievement for me especially getting a distinction in every area! Since starting at Busy Bees 4 years ago and starting my Level 5, I feel like I have grown as a person not just professionally but also in myself. I learnt how to be a strong leader, built up my confidence, become a lot calmer and patient and proved to myself that anything is possible you just have to put in the hard work and it pays off!

Now having my level 5 has opened up the door to so many new adventures within early years! I can’t wait to see where it will take me and put everything I learnt into practice every day!"
