🎄 Supporting The Cottage Family Centre in memory of Paige 🎄

We are incredibly proud to share the outcome of our recent fundraising for The Cottage Family Centre, totalling around £600 in money and donations. This was in memory of our much loved colleague, Paige Douglas, who we sadly lost last year, and supports a cause that was very important to her.

The fundraising and collections were led by our wonderful Team 76, where Paige worked, with staff and young people also volunteering at the Centre to support the appeal. It was lovely to see staff and young people from across Starley Hall come together to support the Christmas Appeal in her memory through our Christmas sale and donations.

🎄✨ A festive start to December at Starley Hall!

🍫 The children loved opening their advent calendars each morning.

😱 We’ve also been exploring emotions through The Grinch. Poor Cindy Lou got such a fright when she saw the Grinch that she screamed.

❄️ We’ve been finishing off the orders for our beautiful Winter Collection too. Cards, mugs and more featuring original artwork by one of our lovely young artists 🧑‍🎨

A lovely week full of festive fun!

☺️ We had a wonderful morning with the Ladies Probus group today at the lovely Kingswood Hotel Burntisland. Such a warm welcome, and a real pleasure to share more about life at Starley Hall and the work we do.

❄️ A huge thank you for your generosity in supporting our fundraising for the Burntisland Giving Tree. Your purchases of our Christmas cards, bookmarks and mugs from the Winter Collection will make a real difference to local families this Christmas.

Last week was busy at Starley Hall!

We marked Anti-Bullying Week with Odd Socks Day 🧦 celebrating what makes each of us unique. Our Design a Sock competition was a huge hit too, with so many creative entries from across the school.

🧁 🐻 We also supported Children in Need with our ever popular bake sale, thanks to our amazing hospitality class, and a cosy pyjama day to round off the week.

✨ A big well done and thank you to all our young people and staff for getting involved and showing such enthusiasm!

We had a fantastic day at the Big GREEN Market Burntisland raising just over £130 to support the Burntisland Giving Tree 🎁

Our Trick or Treat Tombola was great fun, with plenty of laughs as customers bravely searched through a rather spooky What’s in the Box 🎃😂
