Children enjoyed their Christmas school lunch yesterday. Our catering team, again, helped add to the festive fun by dressing up. We also had a visit from a very mischievous elf aka Mr Fyffe who helped keep the children nice and calm by stealing presents from under the school Xmas tree 🤣

We look forward to next week and more festive fun 😁😁

Our BPS athletics team participated in the Fife Ahtletics Festival qualifiers this morning at the Michael Woods sports centre. All children did amazingly well and looked as though they thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
We should hear shortly if the school have qualified for the finals 🤞😊😊

Several BPS staff members have been participating in Movember by growing their moustache!! Although it has been a lot of fun, the initiative also has a more serious side to it...

Movember is an annual event that uses the growing of moustaches to raise awareness and funds for men's health, specifically focusing on prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health, and su***de prevention.

In true BPS style staff joined them this morning for the last photo shoot wearing their very own moustaches!!

Primary 6 and 7 children were visited by our local fire brigade to talk about firework safety. It was a very informative input and one that we hope will help keep everyone safe during this year's bonfire night celebrations.

Good morning from Ardroy. Another good night's sleep and children are busy getting ready to head home later today. For breakfast we have had cereal, toast, porridge, fruit and pancakes.

We have a final morning activity as well as packing bags etc (that is going to be a laugh 🤣) before our final review.

We will keep you posted about our journey times and ETA back at Burntisland

After a very good night of sleep, children have woken up full of energy and ready for the day ahead.

To start the day we had eggs, toast and cereal for breakfast. A morning of activities and a quick bite to eat, we are away for some more outdoor fun.

We are very proud of the leadership skills being displayed by children as they help, support and encourage each other across the week.
